Adding an Ardia account to Skyline.

An Ardia account can be added before importing a file from Ardia or can be added when first importing a file from Ardia.

To add an Ardia account before importing a file (One time setup in Skyline):

Start Skyline and click on the "Tools" menu.

Then "Options"

Select "Remote Accounts" then "Edit list"

Select "Add"

In

Change "Account type" to "Ardia"

Enter an alias to identify this connection by.  Usually will be Ardia Username.

Enter the Ardia Server URL.

Check the checkbox if want to delete RAW files after importing to Skyline.  Otherwise the file is left on the local file system.

Click "Connect" to establish a login session with Ardia.

The first time a Skyline instance is connecting to Ardia, that Skyline instance must first be registered with Ardia.

If "Register Skyline" button is shown, scroll down this document to the "Start of Register Skyline Instance:"

Login to Ardia:

Click on "Login"

The default browser will open with the Ardia login.

Complete the login.

On success will display

This login session will be retained in Skyline until the Skyline application is closed or the "Logout Ardia" button is clicked.

Start of Register Skyline Instance:

Not all Ardia accounts have access permissions to register Skyline with Ardia, even though they will be able to sign in to Ardia from Skyline once the Skyline instance is registered.

Click "Register Skyline" to start registration.

Go to opened Web Browser tab and sign in to Ardia.

(if already signed into Ardia in the default browser, do not have to sign in again)

If the account is not allowed to register Skyline with Ardia, the following will be displayed:

Click "View Account" to open the Ardia account home page in the browser and sign out of the Ardia account.

Then click "Register Skyline" and sign in with an account that can register a client application.

After Registration is complete the following is displayed:

To use the same Ardia account to sign in with Skyline, click "Go to Login".

If want to use a different Ardia account, first log out of Ardia in the browser.  Click "View Account" to open the browser with the account home page and then log out.  Then click "Go to Login".

Importing a RAW file from Ardia

"File" "Import" "Results"

Make selections and click ok

Click "Remote Accounts"

When have more than one remote account, choose an account to use.

If not currently logged into Ardia since starting Skyline, the browser will open and log into Ardia.

(If not register this Skyline instance with Ardia will need to complete that first).

Then the list of files and folders from Ardia will be displayed.

Opening a file(s) will download it to the local machine and import it into the current Skyline document.

If the "Delete RAW files after importing" was checked the file will be deleted from the local machine.
