After you choose some peptide search results files, the cutoff score will appear in the "Score threshold" column in the list of chosen files.

We got rid of the cutoff score text box a few years ago and replaced it with the thing in the grid.
This is so that if you are importing multiple different types of peptide search results, you can choose a different cutoff score for each type of results.

Which tutorial are you looking at? We were supposed to have updated the screenshots and instructions in the tutorials to reflect the new user interface. It sounds like either we forgot to update this tutorial, or you are looking at an older version of the tutorial.
