The error message in your screenshot mentions a file which might have additional information.
Can you send us that file?
The message says the name of the file is:
C:\Users\a86182\AppData\Local\Temp\VSD5ECF.tmp\install.log
If you attach that file to this support request we might be able to figure out what is going wrong.
If you are unable to get the regular Skyline installer to work, you might have more success with the "Unplugged" installer.

Other users have run into this error and we have never figured out what causes it.

(it is unclear whether that user ever figured out how to fix their problem)
By the way, which version of Windows are you running under Parallels on your Mac?
