Webinar #25: Comparing Acquisition Methods with Skyline

In our first webinar of 2025, over 400 participants joined Brendan MacLean (Skyline Principal Developer) and Julia Mergner (Proteomics Developer) as they presented the newest tutorial in Skyline, Comparing Acquisition Methods with Skyline.

Julia presented 3 separate data set analyses using PRM, DDA, and DIA, and then compared the processes and results.

The webinar concluded with a great Q&A session which generated a number of great questions for Julia and Brendan to address various considerations of choices in mass spectrometry methodology.
