Webinar #21: Analysis of diaPASEF Data With Skyline

Our second webinar of 2021, drew 120 viewers to learn another DIA/SWATH method -- parallel accumulation serial fragmentation (diaPASEF) data collected with a Bruker timsTOF instrument. Ben Collins, a leading DIA researcher, provided an overview of the instrument configuration and the data collection process of his 3-organism mix experiment -- the PASEF equivalent to what we presented in our popular webinar DIA/SWATH Data Analysis in Skyline Revisited. Skyline Principal Developer Brendan MacLean then guided viewers through the newly completed Skyline tutorial Analysis of diaPASEF Data. The webinar concluded with a lively Q&A session which produced way more questions that the presenters had time to answer live.

Dear Skyline Users,

At last, for our second webinar of 2021 we return to the popular topic of DIA/SWATH. This next webinar revisits DIA, but by parallel accumulation serial fragmentation (diaPASEF) data collected with a Bruker timsTOF instrument. The 3-organism mix experiment is the PASEF equivalent to what we presented in our popular webinar DIA/SWATH Data Analysis in Skyline Revisited.

We also thank the 165 attendees who tuned into our last webinar Using Skyline Batch for Large Scale DIA in July. We really appreciate the energy live attendees bring to these webinars.
