2014 EMBO Course - Targeted Proteomics

EMBO Practical Course: Targeted proteomics: Experimental design and data analysis

Conducted in Barcelona, Spain, 28 Sep. – 3 Oct. 2014

Different targeted proteomics strategies have recently emerged in the field of proteomics that enable the detection and quantification of a predetermined subset of proteins with a high degree of sensitivity and reproducibility across many samples. This EMBO Practical Course aimed to fill in the gap between theory and the actual implementation of targeted proteomics workflow. By the end of the week, students would have the necessary know-how to implement targeted proteomics workflows in their own research laboratories.

Below are vidoe-taped recordings of the lectures and demonstrations delivered during the course.  The sequence of presentations follows that of the program agenda. Enjoy!
