I believe you actually are able to change your own email address.
In the top right corner of the web page, click on your name and choose "My Account" in the menu that pops up.
Then, on the details page for your account there should be a button that says "Change Email".

Thanks so much for getting back to me. I had tried that but I have the following error:
monica.lane@sanofi.com already exists in the system. Please choose another email.
For background, I had this sanofi email and a Skyline account several years ago but it was deactivated when I left Sanofi. Now, I have recently returned to Sanofi, and I have my former sanofi email back. I even tried doing a password reset in Skyline, and I'm afraid that I get the 'this account is deactivated" error and to contact a system administrator. I hope you can help ;-)
