Hello.

I am trying to build the spectra library using the PD searching results. After I added the msf. or pdresult. file, an error popped up saying no Mass Spectrum Items. Can you please let me know how to fix this? Or what is the other way to import the PD searching results?

I think this might work if you do this in Skyline-daily instead of Skyline 23.1.

I think (but I am not sure) that the error involving the table "MassSpectrumItems" has something to do with Proteome Discoverer version 3.1.

Support for Proteome Discoverer 3.1 was added in November 2023 so that means it's available in Skyline-daily but not Skyline 23.1.
You can install Skyline-daily by clicking on the "Skyline-daily (beta)" button on the main Skyline page:

I did use Proteome Discoverer 3.1. I will download the Skyline-daily and try.
