Older versions of Skyline can be downloaded from the "unplugged" installer page:

After you click the "I Agree" button you can click the "Archive" link and it will take you to a page which has all versions of Skyline which have ever been released.

I am not sure that I understand your new question.
Are you asking about the problem where there is an error if you try to export a method for a Waters instrument?
That bug has been fixed in the latest Skyline-daily that was released earlier this week. It has not yet been fixed in Skyline 23.1, but there is a workaround described in the following support request:

My proble is problem with MSI and Skyline
With Acquity UPLC/ TQS MassLynx 4.2 SCN 997 using either Skyline 2.23 or 2.22 i am never able to run the automatic optimization.
With an I class/ TQXS MassLynx 4.2 SCN 1007 with skyline 2.23 it is not working event when usisng the exe that was recomended in my last request
when i get back to Version 22 it is working fine trying agaain in 23 not working and not working either with skyline daily.

With the Acquity UPLC/ TQS MassLynx 4.2 SCN 997 using either Skyline 2.23 we have an autolynx acquisition method failed, i can see that the sample list is transfered in autolynx but the sample list never starts. on the other system it is ok

It sounds like you are saying that something is not working in the latest version of Skyline, version 22.3.

Can you give us more information about what is not working? Are you getting some sort of an error message? It might help if you could provide us with a screenshot showing what is going wrong.

I do not know much about MassLynx and Acquity but if we have a little more information we might be able to figure out who to contact to figure out how to fix this.

I would recommend contacting Waters about this. We are not able to run this tool to reproduce your issue. If someone at Waters can reproduce the issue with their tool, hopefully they can give us a way to understand or reproduce why the integration between the two is no longer working for you.
