Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to set a baseline for peak integration and if not if that is something that will be implemtened?

Skyline calculates the background by drawing a horizontal line across the lowest point at either the start or end of the peak. Here is a page that talks about how Skyline computes background: https://skyline.ms/wiki/home/software/Skyline/page.view?name=tip_peak_calc Does this help?
