If your surrogate standard has only one precursor charge state, then the "Total Area" column will contain the number that is being used as the divisor when normalizing against that surrogate standard.
That is, if you select your surrogate standard's Precursor in the Targets tree and then use the "View > Live Reports > Results Grid" menu item, the "Total Area" column will contain the surrogate standard's area for each Replicate.

In Skyline you can use the menu item:
File > Share
to create a .zip file containing your Skyline document and supporting files including extracted chromatograms.
