Unable to view the chromatogram on the results imported v veerappan  2025-08-25 21:57

I am a PhD student at the University of Queensland, Brisbane. I am working with Phospholipids for my PhD study, and I uploaded the Wiff files from ScieX-Analyst software for analysing my results. I am unable to view the individual chromatogram of all the transitions that I had imported into Skyline. I cannot access the results from the software anymore.

Another issue was that I can't upload some of my transitions list as it was popping errors.

Can you give us some more information about the errors that you are seeing?

It would probably be helpful if you could send us your Skyline document.
In Skyline you can use the menu item:
File > Share
to create a .zip file containing your Skyline document and supporting files including extracted chromatograms.

The Share Document dialog gives you the option to include the data files which the chromatograms were extracted from, or you could send them to us separately.
If you are sending us .wiff files (or .wiff2), then you should also send us the .wiff.scan files that go with them.
(The Share Document dialog will include those .wiff.scan files in the .zip if necessary).

Files which are less than 50MB can be attached to these support requests.
You can always upload larger files here:
