Can you send us that file "Tris_02.raw"?
Actually, I'm not sure whether "Tris_02.raw" is a single Thermo .raw file, or is a Waters .raw folder.
If it's a Waters .raw folder, it would be best if you first packaged it up in a .zip file.

Files which are less than 50MB can be attached to these support requests.
You can always upload larger files here:

Hi Nick,
I uploaded the raw file. It's a Thermo raw file acquired with DDA method.
Thanks,
Zhijun

Thank you for uploading that file.
The file seems to be fine.

Can you tell me more about the folder "'\prusntyfil01\home$"? Is that something on a network? What sort of file system is that?

It might be that this error is only happening because "Tris_02.raw" is on a network share. If you copied that file instead to a drive inside of your computer you might be able to successfully extract chromatograms.

Hi Nick,
Thank you for your quick response.
Yes, '\prusntyfil01\home$" is a network drive to syc my document folder. It works when I copy raw file to local drive.
Best,
Zhijun
