How could I show the value in the figure? I tried but still can't do it. Thanks,

In general, the way to get lists of numbers out of Skyline is to create a Custom Report.
You can learn about custom reports here:

The column which would show the values in your screenshot is "FWHM" which Skyline calculates for each Transition in each Replicate.

Also, if you ever want to take the numbers from a graph and paste them into something like Excel, you can right-click on the graph in Skyline and choose "Copy Data".
But, if you want to see the FWHM values for all of the peptides in your document, not just the currently selected one, you should create a custom report.
