Is there a way to transform Agilent PLCDL database/ libraries to library formats, which can be read by Skyline?

What kind of export capabilities does PCDL provide? If you can get something in a .csv format it's probably possible to get it into Skyline.

It would also be interesting to see an example file, too.

There is no export option. I'm atachning an example file.

That's a proprietary file that I don't have any way of opening, sorry. You might want to ask a contact at Agilent about this.

Best,

Brian

How is the file presented in the Agilent user interface? Can you send screenshots? We are not familiar with this file, but there may be some way of getting what you need out of the Agilent user interface, e.g. copy-paste from a grid / spreadsheet-like UI. But, we would need more information to be able to give you more guidance.
