Hey Everyone,

I have a targeted steroid assay which quantifies roughly 35 compounds. The compounds contained in the calibration curve have different concentrations based around their reference range. Is there a way to individually assign concentration values for each compound in a calibration standard instead of a blanket value for all compounds?

Currently there is no way to do this in Skyline.

If your different compounds vary in a simple way between each other, then you can make use of the "Concentration Multiplier" on Molecules/Peptides.

But if the spiked in concentrations are varying in a complex way across molecules and replicates, such that you need to specify the "full matrix" of concentrations, there is currently no way to do this in Skyline.
