Is there a way to list (and subsequently export) protein molecular weight for the entered Uniprot protein as a column in the Skyline report form?
True enough, there is not. If you happen to know a programmer, though, Skyline is open source, and this wouldn't be hard to add. Happy to entertain a pull request for this in our GitHub repo:
