Hi Stoyan,
Your best resource would be the webinar on Calibrated Quantification with Skyline:
http://skyline.ms/webinar13.url
Hopefully, it is laid out pretty clearly there. We also have an updated tutorial on Absolute Quantification that covers it, but we are a bit behind on posting that to the web site.
Thanks for inquiring on the support board.

Thanks Brendan,
I see the tutorial you referred to show how to export the data (ratios to heavy) to excel and plot the std curve there, but there is now an option to plot the std curve in Skyline. Is there a tutorial referring to that particular aspect?
Regards,

Hi Stoyan,
The most thorough treatment on this subject is still the webinar for which I gave the link. I have attached the updated tutorial here, which I have not yet reviewed, but Nick (the developer behind the calibration functionality) did adapt.
Hopefully, both the modified tutorial and the webinar will help you make effective use of the calibration features now in Skyline.
