Dear Skyline Users:
The Skyline Team and the Center for Genomic & Computational Biology at Duke University are excited to announce the inaugural Skyline@Duke Short Course on December 10 - 14, 2018. The course will be held in the new home of the Duke Proteomics and Metabolomics Shared Resource, the newly renovated Chesterfield Building in downtown Durham, NC.
The course schedule will cover: an introduction to targeted mass spectrometry and Skyline; targeted proteomics, including MRM and PRM; MS1 quantification in Skyline; system suitability testing; absolute quantification and calibration workflows; and small molecule workflows.
The instructor list includes researchers and software developers with extensive and diverse experience in proteomics and metabolomics.
