Title»Synchronize zooming for RT and Area plots

Milestone»4.1
A user made the suggestion that synchronized zooming would be useful in the Area and RT plots (and Mass Error) when they are both showing replicates or peptides at the same time, i.e. just the x-axis zooming. When many things are showing at once (either replicates or peptides) it can be necessary to zoom in to make sense of the plot, and it would be nice to have both plots zoom in (or pan) at once, as we do for the chromatograms.

Seems like this should not be too much work.
