Per a zoom call with Yu at Regeneron 6/13/24:

For MAM it's interesting to know both:
 Which features were found that are NOT consistent with any expected targets
 Which expected targets are NOT consistent with any found features

Is this just a text report, or do we want to add some kind of attributes to the Skyline data model?

For their purposes, the fact that we currently only look for peptide-like features is fine. They think about unexpected modifications etc.
