This happened during Skyline-Online.
Use SkylineTester to run to page 13 of TestSmallMoleculeQuantificationTutorial.
View > Retention Times > Replicate Comparison.
Right-click a the chromatogram graph > Synchronize Integration for Cal_7_02 and the 3 double-blanks. (OK)
Right-click in Cal_7_02 > Remove Peak.
Peaks get removed in all 4 replicates.
Click on the red 2.7 label over the light chromatogram peak in Cal_7_02.
Bug: Only the integration for the light chromatogram comes back. The heavy in Cal_7_02 remains removed and all of the double-blanks remain without peaks. Ideally, this action would completely restore Cal_7_02 and integrate the double-blanks to match.
