The intermediate step from invoking the menu item, to pasting the text, to seeing it in the actual column select dialog, is a bit clunky.
Per email exchange between Brian, Nick and Brendan 1/26/2022 "One more review please" it would be good if you were taken directly to the column select dialog, except it just presents an empty grid you can paste into. Upon paste that grid would morph into the actual column picker.
