Copy+paste of transitions with chromatogram peaks doesn't honor user adjustments to peak integration.

Cut-paste or moving within the Targets tree (e.g. with drag-and-drop) seems worse. Seems worth keeping in the list. Though without an assigned time frame, since it has existed this long.
