I would like to see the following improvements made to document minimizing and command-line support for it:
1. Add a checkbox to the minimize form to allow minimizing to a similar state as we have discussed for the new import peak boundary code, i.e. storing only the best peak, regardless of what may be found within the saved noise range.
2. Expand command-line support to include the following
-- The ability to create a sharing ZIP file with ShareType.COMPLETE (currently --share-zip=name.zip only supports MINIMAL)
-- The ability to create a sharing ZIP file for a prior version, as is now supported by File > Share.
-- Complete support for Edit > Manage Results - Minimize with all available options in that form:
--- In place or to new document name
--- Discarding unused chromatograms or not
--- To include only a specific range of noise
--- To include only the "best" SKYD file peak (which may be different from the picked peak in the document) - see checkbox above

These improvements would be a big help to command-line workflows.

I think this feature overlaps with other Brendan is doing to support the Lakitu pipeline.

Back to Nick. Has it become possible to minimize a file using the command-line? Still a desirable feature... someday.
