File -> Import -> Peak Boundaries
Select prtc_peakBoundaries.csv, press Open

Dialog pops up that says Failed reading the file [fileName] Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I am new to skyline, and used the following page to try to define the boundaries. Even if I screwed up the input file, I suppose that this crash should not happen. This was reproduced on the 64x, 3.5.1.9489, and 3.5.9.10028

This might already be fixed, but I do not have enough information to reproduce the original bug in order to verify.
There probably was a "More Info" button on the message box that said "Failed reading the file...". Pressing that button would have shown the callstack where the error occurred.
Alternatively, if I had a .sky.zip for the document into which the peak boundaries file was supposed to be imported, then I could reproduce this problem.
