Title»Only one chromatogram type in Full-Scan graph for chromatogram clicked in split graph mode
Assigned To»Nick Shulman
Type»Defect
Area»Skyline
Priority»3
Milestone»3.6
If you click on a point in a chromatogram in split graph mode where precursors are split from products, then the Full-Scan graph will show only the type of transition you clicked on in the "Scan type" dropdown list. If you turn off split graph mode, then the drop down will show both types. This latter behavior is preferable and should not be dependent on the chromatogram display mode.

I can see that it is happening because only the clicked graph pane is queried for its transitions in FireClickedChromatogram, but this should be fixed.
