Title»Reevaluate Edit > Refine > Advanced for new filtering opportunities

Several new possible filters have been proposed that would fit reasonably well into Edit > Refine > Advanced:
1. Filtering by maximum mass error (precursor and product)?

2. Filtering for the dominant precursor charge state within a peptide

3. Filtering by a minimum signal (peak intensity)

4. mProphet q value cut-off

Possibly others. It has been years since we added anything to these refinements. We should do a full re-assessment and implement some new filters based on the new statistics we have added since the last implementation pass.
