Title»Add "minimum area under curve" cutoff to Acceptance Criteria dialog

As we discussed, please modify the Acceptance Criteria form to let me set a cutoff score for minimum area under the curve. I assumed that this would be total AUC for all peaks, but maybe it would make just as much sense to use base peak only. Using base peak area would lessen the impact of "contaminant" signals, which usually show up in the higher-order peaks. Please let me know what you think would be best.

Added to "Acceptance Criteria" form.
Also added to "Half Lives", "Half Life" and "Results Per Group"
So, the value on "Acceptance Criteria" form just ends up being the default value on the other three forms (just like "Minimum Deconvolution Score").
