Is there a place to change what is plotted on the x or y-axis?

For the majority of my compounds the x-axis is "Analyte Concentration (ng/L)" and the y-axis is "Light:Extraction IS Peak Area Ratio". This is what I want plotted

I have a few compounds where the x-axis is changed to "Light:Extraction IS Concentration Ratio". I'm not even sure how it was changed to that. Other datasets don't appear to have this issue.

If you have specified the "Internal Standard Concentration" for a molecule, then you get the "Concentration Ratio" axis name instead of the column names that you like.

The main purpose of "Internal Standard Concentration" is for people who do not have any external standards or calibration curve, and just want the "Calculated Concentration" to be the light:heavy ratio multiplied by some number, and the Internal Standard Concentration is that number.

If you do have external standards and a calibration curve, and you have also specified an Internal Standard Concentration then some of the numbers that are plotted on the graph get multiplied by that value and then the axis titles need to change to reflect that.

You can use the Document Grid to create a report that includes the Internal Standard Concentration column and then blank out all the values and then the axis titles should become what you want.
