Can you send us your data files?
In Skyline you can use the menu item:
File > Share
to create a .zip file containing your Skyline document and supporting files including whatever chromatograms might have been extracted.

If you have imported results, the Share Document dialog will give you the option to include the wiff files, which you should choose to do if you can.
Alternatively you can send those files to us separately. We would need the .wiff or .wiff2 files as well as the .wiff.scan files that go with them.
Files which are less than 50MB can be attached to these support requests.
