Hi all,

I am working on automating the input of large lists of custom glycans into Skyline (more on this on another post) and I encountered the following error:

"Neutral losses must be less than or equal to 5000."

More detailed error is attached.

As I understand it, it came due to having a very large glycan PTM (see attached image). Would it be possible to extend the mass limit of these neutral losses?

My current workaround is to exclude these from my workflow.
