When using an Agilent LCMS 6495D model instrument, with the large molecule iFunnel mode specified in the template method, the exported methods use standard mode.

Hi Marilyn,
sorry, we are not familiar with the iFunnel mode methods. Skyline has no way to change the method mode explicitly because all it does, really, is calling Agilent dll and passing it the list of transitions. The method type used in the Method Export dialog is only used to calculate the retention/dwell time. Is it possible that the dll needs updating?
