I will likely have to do this manually but just wondering of there is a quick way within skyline to calculate 95% CI for LOD using SD of blanks and slope of calibration curve

You can set a threshold for 2*SD or 3*SD form the blank. A 2*SD will approximate a 95% Confidence Interval (technically 1.96x). See attached screenshot. This can be altered in the quantification tab under peptide settings.
