Inserting 15N-labeled products into Skyline chemistry Jedi  2025-04-07 00:58

Hello everyone,

I would like to add the following 15N-labeled product to Skyline:

L-Tryptophan-15N₂, with the molecular formula C₁₁H₁₂¹⁵N₂O₂.

Thank you very much for your assistance.

Best regards

In Skyline, you would write that chemical formula as:
C11H12N'2O2

You can use the symbol N' to represent 15N.

The following page has some more information about heavy isotopes in Skyline:

The Small Molecule Targets tutorial is also a great place to start:

This is also worth looking at:

In general Skyline works in terms of a neutral formula and an adduct description specifying any labels.
