export all chromatograms visualisation from skyline ismailovadh  2025-04-03 07:06

Hello, Skyline team!

is there any way to extract all the visualisations of chromatograms, peak areas etc in one report? I could copy and past the pictures step by step and create my own report in Word, for example, but it seems to be too long, cause I hve plenty of small molecules in the analysis... Using R or such tools is ok, but I already like the pics from Skyline. What should I do? I attach my file here for the example.

Thanks!

There is no way to copy lots of graphs from Skyline. You have to do it one at a time using the "Copy" or "Copy Metafile" items on the right-click menu. (You can also use "Copy Data" to copy the numbers from the graph so that you could draw the graph yourself in something like Excel).

One thing that you could do instead is upload your Skyline document to panoramaweb.org.
The Panorama website will show you web pages which contain graphs that look similar to the graphs that you see in Skyline.
You can create a Project for your team on Panorama by filling out this form:
https://panoramaweb.org/wiki/home/support/page.view?name=hosted-project-signup-form

If you want to export the times and intensities of the chromatograms from Skyline so that you can draw the chromatograms in another program you can use the "File > Export > Chromatograms" menu item, or you could create a custom report that includes the "Raw Times" and "Raw Intensities" columns.
You can learn about custom reports here:
