The "Custom Reports" tutorial is very helpful for learning about how to export lists of numbers from Skyline:

The chromatogram in your screenshot does not look good at all because it has only a single point in it.
Skyline really wants to do all of its quantification from chromatogram peak areas. There probably exist other tools which are better at quantifying from individual spectra.

If you want to copy the numbers from a graph in Skyline to the Clipboard, you can right-click on the graph and choose "Copy Data". You can then paste that text into something like Microsoft Excel to see what the numbers are.
