Hello,

I observed the red X in the target panel What does it mean and how can I fix it? Please see the attachment t for more information.

In your case, it looks like you have no chromatograms for your MS2 transitions.
This often means that there were no MS2 spectra where the isolation window matched the precursor m/z.

If you send us your Skyline document and raw files we can help you figure out what is going wrong.

In Skyline you can use the menu item:
File > Share
to create a .zip file containing your Skyline document and supporting files including extracted chromatograms.
The Share Document dialog also gives you the option to include the raw files. Alternatively, you can send them to us separately.

Files which are less than 50MB can be attached to these support requests. You can always upload larger files here:
