It sounds like you wanted to upload some files.
You do not need to create a support request to upload files. You can just go to the following page:
https://skyline.ms/files.url
and push the "Upload files" button.

Files uploaded to that page are visible to everyone. If you want to send files privately you can use something like Google Drive or DropBox and email me directly.

If you are sending a Skyline document you should use the "File > Share" menu item to create a .zip file.
Skyline documents usually consist of several files in addition to the .sky file including extracted chromatograms, spectral libraries, etc.
