Unable to select mapped network drive as source of results to import madsT  2024-08-08 05:16

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has encountered a similar issue. I'm trying to access results files to import from a mapped network drive. However, I can only see the local drive (C:). I've tried making a shortcut of the network drive to "This PC" and restarted as well but still can't see any other option other than C:.

Thanks!

The place that you need to click in order to select a different drive is that "Look in:" dropdown at the top of the "Import Results Files" window.
What do you see when you click on that dropdown?

You can also navigate to another drive by typing the drive letter with a colon (e.g. "D:") into the "Source name:" textbox and then press "enter" on your keyboard.

I believe Skyline has no trouble importing results from mapped network drive.
You can either use the drive letter (e.g. "D:") or the UNC path which starts with two backslashes followed by the computer name and the share name (e.g. "\\servername\sharename")
