The column that you would want to include in your report is "Total Area".
"Total Area" is found on the Precursor Result, so you can find it in the Report Editor at:
Proteins > Peptides > Precursor > Precursor Results
(there's also a binoculars button which lets you search for any column by name).
When "Total Area" is included on your report you will get at least one row per Precursor, which typically means two rows per Peptide.
If you would like the heavy and light Total Area values to appear in the same row, you should check the checkbox "Pivot Isotope Label" in the Report Editor.
I am not sure what you mean by "normalized area for the heavy peptide".
We typically think that both the light area and the heavy area values are unnormalized. The normalized area is what you get when you divide the light area by the heavy area.
What sort of normalization were you thinking of?
