Have you encountered this error more than once?
I think Skyline install might work if you try it again.

The error that you have gotten is:
File, PeakItgLSS.dll, has a different computed hash than specified in manifest.

That looks like the sort of error that could be caused by a network error while trying to download files, and that for that one file you did not get all of the bytes that you were supposed to.
My guess is that if you try to install Skyline again that everything would succeed.

Please let us know if this fails for you when you try to install Skyline again. Also, if it fails a second time, please include the new installation error log because the new error details might be slightly different than your first error even if the message is still "Application validation did not succeed...".
