Hi,
Is there anyway to export the Candidate Peaks for all the metabolites/peptides. I have tried View -> Other Grids ->Candidate Peaks. But that gives me only a single metabolite. Is there a way to it for all.

If you do:
File > Export > MProphet Features
you will get something that is a little different but has a lot of the same information that you see in the Candidate Peaks grid.
There is no way to export exactly what is in the Candidate Peaks grid.
