I would like to synchonyse zooming for all the plots in my skyline analysis, but synchronisation works for only a subset of plots, while other chromatogrammes remain unsynchronysed (full RT range is shown). You can see the example in the attached presentation

The screenshots make it unclear whether you had all of the plots showing together. Synchronize Zooming will only work on the visible plots. If you later click a tab for a plot that was not showing during your zooming/panning, it will likely not show up synchronized to the others. I guess we could work on this, but you can get matching zooming simply by touching the scrollwheel back and forth in one of the plots that is already synchronized.

For performance reasons, we only synchronize the visible plots. We will look into initializing hidden plots with the zoom/pan stack when they are activated, but in the meantime, you will need to tweak the zooming to get a newly activated graph in synch with the others.
