Dear Skyline team,

Probably I am not the first with this issue, but after browsing through the support page I could not immediately find a solution to my problem.
I was wondering if there is a limit on the number of runs that can be viewed as chromatogram?
In total, 256 MRM (Waters) runs have been imported but for some reason I cannot see them all (only 70%). Through the document grid, I can select the runs which are not shown directly, but than other runs are removed from Chromatogram view.
Is there an option to have all runs visualized at the same time?

The maximum number of chromatogram graph windows that can be displayed at the same time is 100.
If you already have 100 windows open, and you switch to a new Replicate, Skyline will display that Replicate in one of the chromatogram windows which is currently displaying something else. Skyline choose the window which was least recently activated.

If your question was about something else, could you post a screenshot of what you are seeing?

Okay, so even if you split the graphs and only have 4 chromatograms open at one point, you can only have 96 other tabs?
