Exporting no retention time to transition list Jeff Whiteaker  2024-01-05 10:57

Hi,
Recently updated to the latest daily version of Skyline (23.1.1.353).
I tried exporting a scheduled transition list from the attached document using SCIEX settings.
The values for retention time were not exported (i.e., zero in all rows).
It works if the document is shared using a previous version (23.1).

Maybe I missed something? Many thanks for your help tracking this down.
Best,
Jeff

It looks like this bug was introduced into Skyline-daily last month.
I will try to find someone to fix this.
Thank you for reporting it.

Just wanted to let you know this bug is still present in the recent daily version release.

Thank you for reminding us.
I think I know how to fix this one.
I have created a special Skyline-daily that I think fixes this bug that you can install from here:
https://proteome.gs.washington.edu/~nicksh/SpecialSkylines/SciexRetentionTime/

Since this is not an official Skyline-daily, you might have to hunt around for the "Run Anyway" button when Windows tells you that it has not been signed.

I will try to make sure that this fix gets into an official Skyline-daily soon.

This bug will be fixed in the next update of Skyline-daily which will probably be released in a few days.
Thanks for all your help.
