Docking issue across monitors Jiny  2023-10-11 14:10

I attended a intro to Skyline today and the instructor recommended I ask in support. I experience a consistent issue when going from using 2 monitors to one where the docking arrows will not reset to a single monitor unless I disconnect the monitor and force it to go onto one. Since my monitors are identical, it shouldn't be a frame rate or zoom issue. Happy to screen share the issue because I'm not exactly sure how to screen shot this problem

You can use the Print Screen (prt sc) button on your keyboard to place a screenshot of your entire desktop onto the Clipboard. You can then use the Paste command in a program such as Microsoft Paint and then save the image to a file which you can attach to this support request.

I am not sure that I understand what you are saying is happening, but after I see that screenshot it might make more sense.

In Skyline 23.1 we fixed a problem where, if you had more than one monitor with different dots per inch, the drop targets would be drawn in the wrong place on your non-primary monitors. It sounds like the behavior that you are describing is something different.

Well, looks like the issue fixed itself between me asking and then today trying to print screen the issue
