Hi, I am new to the skyline and I am trying to build a spectral library using mouse raw peptide raw files. but after the files are processed I am facing error where it shows "No spectra were found for the new library"
Can you give some more information about the steps leading up to this? That means more screenshots, and if you can, uploading the files in use to http://skyline.ms/files.url .
