Skewness and kurtosis calculation

Skewness and kurtosis calculation chloe cloteau  2023-02-21 07:55

Dear Skyline team,

I am performing SRM data analysis for small molecules on the beta version of skyline daily. I would like to display the skewness, kurtosis and shape correlation values in my table.

While I have integrated the columns in the report, the cells appear empty whatever the compound despite the presence of a chromatographic peak. I also searched the check box "Calculate skewness" in the advanced section in the settings, without success.

How can I solve this issue?

Thank you in advance for your feedbak.
Best regards.

Skyline calculates the skewness and kurtosis while it is performing peak detection after extracting chromatograms.
If you originally used an older version of Skyline to import the chromatograms, you will need to tell Skyline to do the peak detection again before these new values will show up.

You should go to:
Edit > Manage Results
and push the "Rescore" button.
