Dear Team,

I am using tool "Import DIA peptide search" and getting error at last step, which is mentioned below. Kindly suggest the solution for it.

Are you using the Skyline Administrator Install?

The file that it's complaining about not finding is "msconvert.exe".

That file is supposed to be included when you install Skyline. It looks like it is properly included when you do the regular install of Skyline from the website.
The file seems to be missing if you install the Administrator install of Skyline.

If you're using the Administrator Install of Skyline, you might be able to work around this problem by copying the attached file into the "C:\Program Files\Skyline" folder on your computer.
